摘要
榆树林油田为特低渗透油田 ,油田开发的主要特征为高压注水开发 ,套管损坏较多 .分析了榆树林油田套损状况 ,套损原因主要为 :高压注水导致区块压力不平衡 ,没有建立有效的驱替压力系统 ;高压注水加速泥岩吸水速度 ,改变了套管周围外载荷的分布 ,导致外载超过套管抗挤强度 ;套管设计依据不足 。
Yushulin oil field belongs to the lowest permeability reservoir, a main characteristic of development is high-pressure injected water, which may result in casing sheer. According to casing sheer's conditions, casing sheer mainly occurs in injecting wells that amount to 63.6 percent of total casing sheer wells. After analyzing experiment and testing to Yushulin oil field, it is found that there are three main causes for casing sheer: First, high-pressure water injection causes imbalance of block's pressure, then changes distribution of original stress. Second, high-pressure water injection accelerates mudstone's absorption, and changes distribution of outer load, then effective load is greater than bearing intension of casing, thus causes casing sheer. Lastly, the design basis of casing is insufficient, we should also consider outer bear of casing uneven outer load.
