摘要
在中原油田，套管腐蚀损坏是油水井报废的主要原因。为了了解套管的腐蚀程度，控制腐蚀速度，必须打腐蚀套管取至地面。文10－1井是目前国内取换套管最深的一口井，实际套铣深度1609．98m，切割取套管深度1597．90m。本文详细介绍了该井取换套管前的准备工作、内割工艺、长井段套铣工艺及外割工艺等，对今后油水井大修取换套管工作具有一定的指导意义。
Corrosion failure of casing in Zhongyuan oil field is a main factor that causes oil or water well abandoned. In order to know the corrosion degree and control the corrosion rate of casin, the corrcoive casing must be removed to surface. Wen 10-1 well is the deepest one in the removal and replacement technology up to now, the real casing milling depth is 1609. 98 meters and the cutting depth for removal is 1507. 90 meters. In this paper, some technologies of this well are introduced in detail, such as the preperation before the removal and replacement,the internal and the external cutting technology,etc. It has a guidance for the removal and replacement of damaged casing of the oil/water well repairs
