摘要
目的 :总结颌面部骨折并发颅脑损伤的诊治要点。方法 :回顾分析颌面部骨折并发颅脑损伤 96例的临床资料。结果 :5例因严重颅脑损伤救治无效死亡 ,78例治愈 ,13例咬牙合紊乱 (轻度 )。结论 :口腔颌面部骨折并发颅脑损伤 ,应首先救治颅脑损伤 ,待病情平稳后 ,及早处理颌面部骨折 ,减少创伤致残和陈旧性骨折的发生。
Objective :To investigate the treatment method for oral and maxillofacial fractures with craniofacial trauma.Method: The clinical date of 96 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Result:5 patients died of complications of brain trauma,78 cases were cured,13 cases had mild occlusal disharmony.Conclusion:Brain trauma should be treated firstly,and maxillofacial fracture should be treated as soon as possible to avoid severe complications.
