摘要
在离心铸造粒子增强金属基复合材料中,增强体颗粒会发生偏析。对于SiCP-Al基复合材料,在横截面上,越靠近铸件外测周边,粒子的体积百分数越高;随着向内侧推移,增强体颗粒的含量有所降低,在距铸件外侧周边一定距离处,粒子含量急剧下降,很快便进入宽度最大而无增强体颗粒区域;在靠近铸件内侧周边处。
The particle segregation occurs in SiC particles reinforced Al matrix composites by centrifugal casting.On the cross section of SiC P Al matrix composite,close to the outer periphery of the cylinderical casting,the volume fraction of the SiC particles gradually increases,the content of the reinforced particle reduces by degrees inwardly,when reached into centain depth away from outer periphery of casting,its content was markedly diminished and get into the SiC particle free zone with wide region.But close to internal periphery of casting,there are a small amount of accumulated reinforcer particles which distributes in the metal matrix.
