摘要
介绍了钢管热冲孔凸模硫氮碳共渗工艺试验。试验表明 ,凸模经硫氮碳共渗后 ,抑制了高温高压条件下的粘结磨损 ,降低了摩擦因数 ,提高了凸模使用寿命。
The test of sulphurized tufftride process for treating the hot piercing punch for steel pipes is introduced.The test result shows that after sulphurized tufftride of the punch,the sticky wearing of the punch under the condition of high temperature and high pressure has been restrained,the friction coefficient lowered and the service life of the punch prolonged.
