摘要
研究了硅溶胶胶体性能及其影响因素的作用机理,揭示了硅溶胶涂料用粘结剂与耐火粉料间的相容关系;根据耐火粉料粒度分布对涂料性能的影响,确定了最佳粉料粒度分布范围;通过大量试验研究,综合分析了硅溶胶涂料配制工艺,提出了较佳配制工艺技术;根据生产性试验,提出了硅溶胶涂料及其撒砂材料的选择原则。
Abstract
In this paper, colloidal properties of silica sol and its affecting factors were investigated and the compatible interrations between silica sol binder and refractory material in slurry were revealed. According to effect of grain fineness distribution of refractory materials on slurry properties, the optimum range of grain fineness distribution are also determined in the paper. Making up technology for colloidal silica sol primary coating was analysed through a lot of experiments and pilot production, selection rules of colloidal silica sol for primary slurry and stuccoing materials were put forward.
