摘要
研究了抗高温变形能力强的型壳的制壳工艺。对制壳用涂料的耐火材料级配、涂料配制及撒砂材料的选择、撒砂粒度的分布、撤砂顺序和硬化工艺等都进行了研究.通过正交试验及综合分析,研制出的硅溶胶-硅酸乙脂复合型壳具有高温强度高、热变形小的特点.
In the paper,the size grading of refractory materials, preparation of coatings, selectionof stuccoing materials, grain fineness distribution,stucco order and hardening technology duringmaking up shell moulding are studied. Through the aoross experiments and synthetic analysis,the compound shell moulding developed hassome chracteristics such as high strength athigh temperature and smaller heat deformation。
