摘要
提出了几种永磁弹簧的设计方案,并给出了相应的计算方法。分别采用解析法、有限元仿真法计算分析了两个永磁体间的磁场力与其距离的关系特性,并由此组合构成不同形式的永磁弹簧,使其合力近似于一般机械弹簧的力学特性。实验结果与理论计算结果接近,表明笔者提出的方法适于永磁弹簧的设计与计算。
Three kinds of permanent-magnet (PM) spring are designed, based on the calculation of the force-displacement characteristics of a pair of permanent magnets by both analytical method and finite element method, respectively. Based on the analysis results, different forms of PM springs may be constructed to obtain the force characteristics of real spring approximately. Some factors affecting the characteristics are also discussed. The experiment results show good agreement with calculated values, and the methods presented in this thesis are suitable for designing of PM springs.
