摘要 碟形弹簧常用作新型断路器操动机构的储能元件,要求其具有能量转换效率高、输出特性稳定、可靠性高等特性,而常规碟形弹簧在应用中不能很好地解决这些问题。笔者通过对一种钢丝圈支承型碟形弹簧的设计研究,分析了这种特殊型碟形弹簧的特性,较好满足了新型断路器操动机构要求,具有很大的推广应用空间和研究价值。 Belleville spring is usually used as an energy storage element of operating mechanism for new circuit-breaker. It has the properties of high energy conversion proficiency, high reliability and stable output. The conventional belleville spring can't solve all the problems very well in their applications. In the paper, a new supporting called belleville spring of steel traveler is designed and researched. It will meet the requirements of operating mechanism for new circuit-breaker by analyzing its characteristics. It has a large application space and research value.
