摘要 在变质Zn 27Al Si合金液的凝固过程中给予振动,使生长在初晶硅球表面的条状共晶硅机械碎断而成为短杆状和蠕点状,从而减少了对基体的割裂作用,使合金的力学性能得到明显提高。试验表明,在振动条件下,钠仍可牢固地吸附在硅的孪晶台阶上,从而改变了硅晶体的生长方式,使初晶硅生长成球团状。同时还分析了锌铝硅合金的结晶凝固过程及组织特点,并对变质条件下初晶硅、共晶硅的生长机理以及振动对试验合金的组织与力学性能的影响机理进行了探索。 A experiment was studied giving vibration in the processing of solidifying of modified Zn-27Al-Si alloy,which caused the plum-like eutectic silicon on the spherical surface of primary silicon is mechanically broken and turned into short sticky and vermicular silicon, thus reducing the effects of the seperation of primary silicon to alloy martrix,and improving the mechanical properties of the alloy. The experiment also indicated that Na(sodium) was still fastly absorbed on the stoop of the twin crystal of silicon under vibration ,which changes the growing way of silicon crystal ,and makes primary silicon turn into nodular silicon. The processing of the the solidifying and the speciality of the microstruture of the alloy were also analyzed, and the growing mechanism of primary silicon phase and eutectic silicon phase under modification and the mechanism of the effects of the vibration on microstructure and mechnical properties of the alloy were also explored.
