摘要
系统总结了反应烧结ＳｉＣ材料的研究进展，包括Ｓｉ／ＳｉＣ复相陶瓷、Ｓｉｌｃｏｍｐ和连 续纤维增强Ｓｉ／ＳｉＣ陶瓷基复合材料的制备工艺与性能，提出了反应烧结ＳｉＣ材料今后的研 究方向。
Development of reaction - sintered silicon carbide has been summarized in this paper, including: productions and properties of Si/SiC composite; silcomp and continuous fiber reinforced Si/SiC matrix compos- ite. Further development in the future is also suggested .
