超声波辅助提取-气相色谱法测定大米中多种有机磷农药残留 被引量:5

摘要 以丙酮为提取剂,超声提取大米中有机磷农药残留,结合气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)进行检测,建立了大米中多种有机磷农药残留分析新方法。6种有机磷农药在0.01~0.5 mg·L-1范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.9988~0.9999。方法回收率为72.8%~114.6%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~5.8%,检出限在0.002~0.014 mg·L-1之间。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、选择性好,适合大米样品中有机磷农药残留分析。 A new method was established for the simultaneous determination of 6 organophosphorus pesti-cides in rice.The rice samples were extracted by acetone in an ultrasonic water bath.The determination of pesticides in the final extracts was carried out by gas chromatography" flame photometric detector.Six organophosphorus pesticides all represent good linearity between signal and concentration in the range of 0.01-0.5 mg·L-1 ,with correlation coefficients in the range of 0.998 8-0.999 9.Under optimized condi-tions,the average recoveries were ranged from 72.8% to 114.6%,with RSDs from 3.3% to 5.8%,respec-tively.The detection limits range were 0.002-0.014 mg·L-1 .Thus,this work demonstrates a fast,sim-ple,good sensitive and selective method.It could be successfully applied to the analysis of those pesticides in rice sample.
