摘要 根据SO42-与Ba2+反应生成BaSO4沉淀,用原子吸收法测定溶液中剩余的Ba2+,进而间接求出水中的SO42-含量.在5ml水样中加入1.75mlBa2+(1mg/ml),经一定时间的陈化后,用原子吸收法测定水样中的Ba2+,利用先作好的标准曲线,得到水样中的SO42-的量.用于不同类型的水样分析,对于河水中的硫酸根的测定标准偏差为0.0012,相对标准偏差为2.87%. This paper studies the application of the method of Atomic Absorption to determine the content of SO42- in water indirectly. In accordance with the reaction between SO42- and Ba2+ with the sediment of BaSO4, this paper expounds the application of Atomic Absorption in determining the remaining Ba2+ in the solution and the indirect calculation of the content of SO42- in water. The procedures are as follows: put Ba2+ 1. 75ml of (1mg/ml) in the water sample; after a certain time, determine the content of Ba2+ in the water sample with the Method of Atomic Absorption; then by the means of a prepared standard curve the content of SO42- in water can be obtained. This method can also be applied in the analysis of various types of water sample. The standard deviation in the determination of SO42- in river water is 0.0012 and comparative standard deviation is 2.87%.
