摘要
目的 了解某综合医院患者住院陪护的状况 ,分析影响陪护的因素。方法 采取时点调查的方式由专人收集调查所需信息 ,分析陪护构成因素中的可控因素。结果 当日该院住院陪护率为 37.86 % ,陪护原因可分为 7类 ,其中 3类为非病情需要构成的陪护。结论 加强对非病情需要陪护的管理 ,保证护理人力配置 。
Objective To explore the status of accompany in inpatients in a general hospital, and to analyze the influence factors. Method Data were collected by specified investigator at one time, and to analyze the controllable factors influencing the status of accompany.Result The accompany rate at one day in the hospital was 37.86%. The reasons of accompany may be classified into seven category, and three of them were not necessary according to the state of illness.Conclusion The accompany rate can be reduced by enhancing the management of accompany cases which not necessary according to the illness and ensuring the allocation of nursing human resource.Author’s address:Nursing Department,Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Science,Beijing 100032,China
