摘要
目的了解某军队综合医院老年干部病房的陪护状况,分析、寻找管理的薄弱环节,提高护理管理效能。方法采取时点调查的方式由专人收集调查所需的信息,分析陪护构成因素及原因。结果老年干部病房当日陪护率为88.26%;陪护原因可分为5类,其中生活不能自理、高龄及生活部分自理是陪护的主要原因。陪护人员中未经专业培训者占86.09%。结论实行老年陪护准入制度,加强陪护人员的专业知识培训,提高护士管理的主观能动性和专业护工比例,是提高老年干部病房陪护管理的有效措施。
Objective To identify the current situation of accompany in high -rank elderly wards in a general military hospital,and to analyze the management problems and improve the efficacy of nursing management, Method A cross - sectional survey was conducted. Data were collected by a specified investigator at one time. Then the personnel and reasons of accompany were analyzed. Result The rate of accompany in high - rank elderly ward was 88.26%. The reasons of accompany were classified into five factors. The main reasons were lying in bed,and so on,aging and half lying in bed,and so on. 86.09% of the accompany personnel didn＇t receive professional training. Conclusion The effective measures to improve the accompany management in the high - rank elderly ward were to standardize the qualification of accompany personnel, strengthen the professional training, improve nurses＇ management consciousness and increase the proportion of qualified nurse assistants.
