摘要
采用文献调研与管理实践相结合的方法 ,对中国奥委会无形资产市场开发中侵权行为主要形式进行全面分析 ,针对中国奥委会无形资产独特的内涵和特点 ,充分利用立法、司法、宣传和行政保护措施 。
By using the method of documentary investigation and management experience, this paper fully analyzes the issues related to infraction behaviors of intangible assets of Chinese Olympic Committee. Based on unique character and meaning of intangible assets of Chinese Olympic Committee, fully using the administrative guarantee measurement of legislation, judicature and propaganda to ensure market exploitation of intangible assert of Chinese Olympic Committee in good order.
