摘要
目的 :探讨疏血通与爱维治联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 :选择中、重度糖尿病周围神经病变患者 6 7例 ,随机分为治疗组 (37例 )和对照组 (30例 )。治疗组给予疏血通 6ml、爱维治 80 0mg分别溶于NS 2 5 0ml静脉滴入 ,每日 1次 ,共 3周 ;对照组单用爱维治 80 0mg溶于NS 2 5 0ml静滴 ,每日1次 ,共 3周。结果 :治疗组痛觉过敏及感觉减退有效率为 6 4%和 72 % ,明显高于对照组 38%和 4 3% (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :疏血通与爱维治联合应用可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变 ,且副作用少 。
Objective:To investigate the co effect of Shuxuetong and actovegin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Sixty seven patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty seven cases(treatment group) were treated with Shuxuetong 6 ml and actovegin 800 mg solved in 500 ml NS intravenously everyday for three weeks.Thirty cases (control group) were only treated with actovegin 800 mg solved in 500 ml NS intravenously everyday for three weeks.Results:The rates of hyperalgia and hypoesthesia decreased by 64% and 72% respectively in the therapy group,which were significantly higher than those in the control's (38% and 43%), P <0 05.Conclusion:The curative effect ondiabetic peripheral neuropathy could be significantly improved by the combination of Shuxuetong and actovegin.
