摘要
目的 观察仙鹤草乙醇提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 采用二甲苯致炎法、酒石酸锑钾扭体法和热板法观察仙鹤草乙醇提取物连续给药 (相当于生药 8 0、16 0 g/kg ,ig ,qd× 5 )后对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。结果 仙鹤草乙醇提取物能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀 ,对热板所致的小鼠疼痛和酒石酸锑钾所致的小鼠扭体反应均有显著抑制作用。结论 仙鹤草乙醇提取物具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of XIANHECAO's alcohol-extractive (AET). Methods: After the mice were given AET for five days (an equivalent of crude herb 8.0, 16.0g/kg, ig, qd×5), the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of AET were observed by means of dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model, antimony potassium tartrate inducing writhing model and hot plate method. Results: It was found that the mouse's ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene was evidently suppressed by AET. At the same time, the writhing reaction induced by antimony potassium tartrate was inhibited and the pain threshold induced by hot plate was increased significantly in mice. Conclusion: AET has notable effects on anti-inflammation and analgesia.
