摘要
烟碱 (NT)在酸性条件下 ,可被H+ 质子化而形成带正电荷的质子化烟碱 [NTH+ ],它与甲基橙 [MO-]可生成不易溶于水 ,但易溶于苯的有色缔合物 [NTH+ ][MO-],且在苯中较稳定。据此 ,在水溶液中用N2 将缔合物浮选在苯中 ,然后通过测定缔合物苯溶液的吸光度来确定烟碱的含量。方法灵敏度高 ,ε42 0 =1 75× 1 0 5L·mol-1 ·cm-1 ,选择性强 ,实测市售烟草和烟叶中烟碱含量 。
In acidic solution,protonized nicotine [NTH +] reacts with methyl orange [MO -] to form colored associate complex.This complex is stable and easy to be flotated into benzene phase with N 2.The absorbance of the organic phase was linearly correlated with the concentration of nicotine.This method showed high sensitivity and selectivity.The linear range was 0~80μg/50mL.The RSD of six determinations for 2μg nicotine was 2.69%.This method was used in determination of nicotine in tobacco samples.Satisfactory recovery (98.7%~101.2%)of standard addition was obtained.
