摘要
系统地介绍了卷边防尘盖的设计原理、设计方法和结构参数的确定方法与依据。给出了外卷边所需的总长度L、装配成型过程中卷边圆中心外移量上,和防尘盖卷边处宽度公等的理论计算公式,为防尘盖卷边模具的设计提供了理论依据。附图2幅,表4个,参考文献3篇。
In this paper, the design principle and method of
crimping type shield as well as the determination method and basis of its structure parameters are introduced systematically. The theoretical calculating formulae of total length L needed in outer crimping, the cramping center displacement value L3, in mounting and forming process and the width BF in crimping part of shield are given. Such provides the theoretical basis for design of shield crimping die.
