摘要
对轻窄系列轴承，防尘槽压坡角以选择45°为好。防尘盖卷进卷曲角度可选择225°，起到装配预卷曲作用，并相应降低防尘盖幅高，适当增加卷边等分槽数，减小装配抗力，使防尘盖能更方便地卷入防尘槽中。附图4幅。
For light-narrow series bearings, it is favourable to select pressing slope angle with 45° for shield groove. The roll-out angle of shield may be selected by 225°, so that the precurled function for assembling can be carried out. By reducing height of shield, increasing the numbers of equa1ly-spaced shield grooves, reducing resistant force of assembling, so the shield can easierly be curled into the shield groove on outer ring.
