摘要
以非转基因品系、转Fe SOD基因品系和转Mn SOD基因品系为材料,研究了盆栽条件下水分胁迫及复水处理对转SOD基因烟草光合作用的影响。结果显示,水分胁迫导致3个近等基因品系叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率降低,胞间CO2浓度在轻度和中度胁迫下降低而在重度胁迫下升高;转Mn SOD基因品系的净光合速率在复水后恢复最好;与非转基因品系相比,转Mn SOD基因品系的光合作用在水分胁迫时受到的伤害相对较轻。
Pot-cultured studies of water stress on photosynthesis of three near isogenic tobacco lines i.e. non-transformed, Mn-SOD gene transformed and Fe-SOD gene transformed lines showed net photosynthesis rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) decreased under water stress. However, intercellular CO_2 concentration (Ci) decreased under slight water stress and increased under severe water stress. The Pn of Mn-SOD gene transformed line recovered better after getting water recovery than that of the other two lines. Photosynthesis of the Mn-SOD gene transformed line was damaged lighter under water stress than the non-transformed line.
