摘要
综述了ZnO压敏电阻粉体制备的国内外研究现状,对不同制备方法的优缺点进行了评析,指出了目前氧化锌压敏电阻粉体制备中存在的问题,并提出了今后的研究发展方向。
The domestic and oversea present situation of preparation technol og y of ZnO varistor powder is discussed. The advantages and disadvantages about v arious methods are evaluated.The problems existed in the preparation of ZnO vari stor powder and the development direction of doped powder are pointed out.
