摘要
目的了解老年病房护士对待死亡及临终关怀的态度 ,为临终关怀教育和开展临终关怀服务提供资料和依据。方法以老年病房临床护士为对象 ,进行关于对死亡及临终关怀态度的问卷调查。结果护士对个人死亡及濒死的态度有较正确的认识 (得分为 3.79± 0 .5 9) ,而对目前临终关怀现状认识不足 (得分为 2 .96± 0 .6 5 ) ;大专及以上学历、从事老年护理工作≥ 10年及护理临终病人≥ 10例者对死亡及临终关怀的认知相对较好。结论护士尚需进一步改变观念 ,适应临终关怀的需要。
Objective To investigate the cognition of nurses in geriatric ward to death and dying concern, and provide basic information for dying concern education and service. Methods A questionnaire investigation about death and dying concern was done on the nurses from the geriatric ward. Results Most of the nurses had correct cognition to death and closing to death (scores 3.79±0.59). But they were short of knowledge about present situation about dying concern (scores 2.96±0.65). The nurses having higher cultural degree, engaged in geriatric nursing care more than 10 years and looking after not less 10 patients at the point of death had more cognition to death and dying concern. Conclusion The nurses in geriatric ward should further improve the knowledge to adapt themselves to the need of dying concern.
