摘要
目的了解医护人员临终关怀知识的掌握情况并探讨其影响因素,为医院及相关部门有针对性地制订培训计划提供参考,有利于更好地开展临终关怀服务。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法抽取592名医护人员,对其进行有关临终关怀知识的问卷调查。结果医护人员临终关怀知识总分为11.68±1.83,基本知识、哲理与原则及疼痛控制相关知识3个维度回答正确率分别为56.25%～94.09%、46.62%～81.59%及41.39%～82.60%;知识来源途径主要为课堂、医护人员、媒体及周围的人;医护人员临终关怀知识的掌握与学历、医院级别有关（均P〈0.01）。结论医护人员临终关怀基本知识掌握较好,对临终关怀哲理和原则缺乏深入理解,普遍缺乏疼痛控制方面的知识。建议加强临终关怀知识的教育和研究,以指导临终关怀服务工作。
Objective To examine whether physicians and nurses master knowledge on hospice care, to explore the related factors, and to provide information for leaders to develop hospice care training plans. Methods By using cross-sectional sampling, 592 medical professionals were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire to study on their mastery of hospice care knowledge. Results The medical professionals achieved a mean score of 11.68± 1.83;56.25 %～94.09% answered to questions about rudiments of hospice care correctly, 46.62% ～81.59% to questions about philosophy and protocols, and 41. 39%- 82. 60% to those about pain management. The routes of knowledge acquisition mainly included classroom teaching, other medical staff, media, and people around the participants. Medical professionals with varied educational backgrounds and from different levels of hospital achieved significantly different scores in hospice care knowledge （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion Medical professionals master the basic knowledge of hospice care, but they lack deep insight into philosophy and protocols of hospice care as well as knowledge on pain management. Therefore, training in hospice care should be provided to healtheare providers.
