摘要
目的 :进一步了解单侧唇裂患者唇部肌肉的结构特点。方法 :利用单侧唇裂患者手术时切取的唇部组织行电镜观察。结果 :发现单侧唇裂患者唇红缘内有肌纤维 ,但有超微结构变异 ,主要表现为肌原纤维和线粒体的改变 ,离裂缘越近 ,变异越明显 ,传统唇裂修复术形成的疤痕处有少量变异的肌纤维。结论 :唇红缘处有超显微结构变异 ,在行功能性修复时最好对唇红缘处的肌纤维适当修整。
Objective:To further study the structure characteristics of lip muscle in literal clef lip patients.Methods:Specimens of lip muscle in clef lips were obtained during operations and used to transmission-electron-microscope (TEM) observation.Results:It was found that although there were muscle fibers in the edge of vermilions, but the muscle fibers had ultra structural variations,which most appears in mitochondrions and myofibrils.The nearer to the edge of cleft the more apparent the variations are. There are also variant fibers in scars of lips operated using traditional methods.Conclusion:The muscle fibers in the edge of vermilions have ultra structure variations. It is better to have a moderate cut when performing functional operations.
