摘要
目的 探讨先天性单侧完全唇裂的功能性修复方法。方法 应用改良Millard’s法通过增加环鼻翼切口,使鼻翼外侧脚更易复位;矫正口轮匝肌的异常附着,Ⅰ期重建口轮匝肌环;分四层进行缝合;增加个性化延长切口的等一系列方法,修复先天性完全单侧唇裂56例,年龄6个月～10岁。结果 全部患者均取得了满意的效果,无1例伤口裂开和感染。结论 改良的Millard’s法可以较好的矫正Ⅰ期修复术后的鼻畸形、人中过宽、前唇扁平薄弱等缺点,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the optimal method of unilateral cleft lip repairing. Methods Fifty-six modified Millard' s unilateral cleft lip surgery are carried out. The patient age is from 6 months to 10 years old. The surgery was characterized by increasing cutting outside of nasal wing; reconstruction of the orbicularis oris muscle; etc. Result All cases have satisfied results. Conclusion This method is valuable for unilateral cleft lip surgery.
