摘要
通过对大驳骨 (Gendarussaventricosa)提取物的乙酸乙酯溶解部分进行分离纯化 ,发现了两个已知成分 β 谷甾醇 (1)和西米杜鹃醇 (2 ) ,并对其低级性组分进行了GC/MS分析 ,共鉴定出 2 1个化合物。该植物成分为首次报道。
Two known compounds,β-sitosterol(1)and simiarenol(2),were obtained from AcOEt-solved portion of alcohol extraction from Gendarussa ventricosa and 21 constituents were elucidated from low-polarity fraction in this part,according to the method of GC/MS assay.The constituents from this plant were reported here for the first time.
