摘要
目的:对中国产淡水海绵紫稍花的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、薄层制备等方法进行分离纯化,运用波谱学方法结合物理常数对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从紫稍花中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅰ)、对羟基肉桂酸(Ⅱ)、尿嘧啶(Ⅲ)、阿魏酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、十二烷基甘油醚(Ⅴ)、正二十四烷(Ⅵ)。结论:以上6个化合物均为首次从紫稍花中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the fresh marine sponge Spongilla Wagner.Methods:Compounds were separated and purified through various chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅰ),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅱ),Pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione(Ⅲ),Ferulic acid methyl ester(Ⅳ),Dodecyl ethers of glycerol(Ⅴ),Tetracosane(Ⅵ).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this sponge for the first time.
