摘要
目的 观察甜梦口服液 (中药制剂 )对老年脑梗死患者焦虑症及脑功能减退的治疗效果。方法 将 6 0例脑梗死患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组服用甜梦口服液 3个疗程 ,对照组服安慰剂 ,两组治疗前后均进行Hamilton焦虑量表及脑功能测试。结果 ①治疗组治疗后焦虑、紧张、害怕、失眠等 12项指标均较治疗前和对照组有明显减轻 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;②治疗组治疗后指向记忆、联想记忆、图象自由回忆等 6项指标较治疗前和对照组成绩有显著提高 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;③治疗组治疗后图形记忆、听力、视力、手颤 4项脑功能得分均比治疗前和对照组有显著提高 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 甜梦口服液对老年脑梗死患者焦虑症。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Sweet Dream Oral Liquid(OSDL) (traditional Chinese medicine) in elder patients with anxiety neurosis and cerebral hypofunction after cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups at random.The patients in the treatment group had taken for three therapeutic courses ,and the patients in control group had taken placebo.Hamilton Measure Scale of anxiety and cerebral function were measured between pretreatment and post-treatment.Results ①After treatment,12 markers including anxiety,fear,agrypnia and so on in therapy group became slighter than those before treatment and in control group(P< 0.01).② The condition of 6 markers including direction memory,association memory,image free recall and so on were improved more significantly in contrast to those before treament and in control group(P< 0.05- 0.01). ③ Image memory, audile,sight and hand-trembling after treatment in therapy group were improved more significantly in contrast to those before treatment and in control group(P< 0.05- 0.01).Conclusion OSDL improves the condition of anxiety neurosis,hypofunction of anamnesis in elder patients with cerebral infarction.
