摘要
目的 研究湿热环境下密闭性功能敷料对创伤伤口的抗菌作用。方法 模拟湿热环境 ,以猪创伤为实验模型 ,常规处理为对照组 ,密闭性功能敷料为实验组 ,观察伤口细菌数量的变化和伤口大体情况。结果 实验组的细菌数量增长显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且热暴露后 (损伤后 2 4h)仍未达到感染阈值。伤口外观显示对照组损伤后 2 4h出现感染征象。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of occlusive functional dressings on traumatic wounds in hot and humid environment (HHE).Methods Wounded pig models established in hot and humid environment were divided into control group (CG) and experiment group (EG). The wounds in CG group were managed with routine treatment and those in EG group were managed with occlusive functional dressings.Wound bacteriological ration and appearance were observed.Results The bacteriological ration of EG was significantly lower than that of CG (P<0.01),and didn’t reach the infection threshold 24 h after wound (AW 24 h).The wound of CG had infected AW 24 h.Conclusion Occlusive functional dressings can markedly insulate and restrain bacteria.
