改良钟摆式矫治器远移上颌磨牙的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察改良钟摆式矫治器在远移上颌磨牙方面的作用及效果。方法:挑选23名患者,其中男10名、女13名,平均年龄12.6岁。患者均为牙源性安氏Ⅱ类错牙合,恒牙列且下颌牙弓排列较好。改良钟摆式矫治器是新近研制的一种远移上颌磨牙的装置,它焊接于两侧第一磨牙和第一前磨牙的带环上,其支抗是腭侧的Nance腭托。本研究采用150g力的Ni-Ti螺旋推簧远移上颌第一磨牙,于治疗前与磨牙达到安氏Ⅰ类关系后用头影测量分析测量上颌磨牙的远移效果。结果:上颌磨牙平均整体远移5.1mm,平均远移时间为3~6个月,前牙覆牙合减少2.9mm,覆盖增加3.4mm。远移完成后,为防止远中移动的上颌磨牙向近中移动而造成复发,用Nance腭托将纠正后的安氏Ⅰ类牙合关系保持3个月。结论:改良钟摆式矫治器可以在较少的支抗丧失情况下有效的远中整体移动上颌磨牙。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of modified Pendulum appliance on upper molar dis taliz ation in clas sⅡcas es.Metho ds Twenty-three patients,which include ten male and thirteen female with mean ag e of12.6years,were s elected for molar dis taliz ation.All pres ented Clas sⅡmolar relations hip.The s ubjects were all with a well alig ned lower dental arch.Modified Pendulum appliance is a new intra-oral appliance for maxillary molar dis taliz alion,which was compos ed of two premolar bands and two molar bands.The anchorag e unit was a Nance button.A Ni-Ti coil s pring was us ed and150g dis tal force was applied to each upper firs t molar.Cephalometic ridiog raphs were taken and analyz ed before and after molar dis taliz ation.Res ults The upper molars were dis taliz ed bodily on averag e5.1mm in3-6months.The overbite was reduced2.9mm and the overjet was increas ed3.4mm.For s tabiliz ation,the corrected molar relations hip was maintained with a Nance button for3months.Co nclus io n The Modified Pendulum appliancs can achieve bodily dis tal molar movement with minimum anchorag e los s.
