摘要
目的:观察应用钟摆式矫治器治疗安氏Ⅲ类错伴上颌牙列拥挤患者的临床矫治效果。方法:10例安氏III类或安氏Ⅲ类亚类错伴上颌牙列拥挤畸形患者,其中男4例,女6例,年龄最大15岁,最小11岁,平均13岁。均采用了钟摆式矫治器结合直丝弓技术进行矫治。结果:10名患者经14～18个月矫治后牙列整齐,覆、覆盖正常,咬合关系良好、面型改善明显。结论:在严格掌握适应证的前提下,合理而有效地利用钟摆式矫治器矫治Ⅲ类错伴上颌牙列拥挤畸形,可以在较短时间获得较理想的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Pendulum appliance in treatment of Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods Ten Class III cases were chosen （male 4,female 6,aged 13-15years）.They were treated by Edgewires technique combined with Pendulum appliance. Results Treatment lasted for 14-18 months. The results of 10 cases of correction using the pendulum appliance is perfect.All cases were treated from Class III malocclusion to the desired normal occlusion. Crowding was eliminated in the upper arch and the teeth were well aligned .The patient＇s profile after treatment was improved. Conclusion Under strict selection of patient with Class Ⅲ malocclusion, the ideal treatment result can be achieved in a short time by reasonable using pendulum appliance.
