摘要
天然药物资源化学 (Resources Chem istry of Natural Medicines)属于资源学 (Science of Resources)范畴 ,它是天然产物化学 (Natural Products Chemistry)与自然资源学相互渗透、互为补充而形成的一门新兴边缘学科 ,它既包含天然产物化学的内容 ,论述天然产物结构类型、性质、提取分离方法和分析鉴定 ,同时又遵循自然资源学的学科体系和基本论点 ,从资源的可用性和多宜性开发 ,研究自然资源中化学成份的类型、质量、数量、时间、空间等基本属性及它们的变化规律。天然药物资源化学立足于资源的开发利用。它与天然药物化学有相同部分 ,同时又根据资源学自身的性质 ,将天然药物化学中的“活性成分”扩展为“有用成分”,并进一步研究这些有用成分的动态变化规律 ,故可称为“动态”天然药物化学。天然药物资源化学的研究范围与任务在于 :1.从资源的开发利用角度研究天然产物的化学结构类型、性质、提取分离方法及检测等 ;2 .研究生物药用成分的动态积累及其影响因素 ;3.积极扩大和寻找中药新资源、新品种 ,增加新的药用部分。
Resources Chemistry of Natural Medicines is a new subject that has been formed by the integration of the Natural Products Chemistry and the Science of Resources,which includes the content of the Natural Products Chemistry,and discusses chemical structure,property, extraction,isolation, identification and determination of Natural Products.It also follows the system of Science of Resources,Studying on type,quality, quantity of Natural compounds and dynamic changing rule. Resources Chemistry of Natural Medicines is established in developing and utilizing of natural resources.It shares the same part with the Natural Products Chemistry, but according to the characteristics of the Science of Resources, it has developed 'the active component' to 'the useful component' and it also studies the dynamic changing rules of the useful components, which has been called as dynamic of Natural Medicines. The studying scope and task of Resources Chsmistry of Natural Medicines are as followed:1. Studying on the chemistry of natural medicine in order to develop and utilize the resources.2.Studying on the dynamic accumulation of useful component of natural medicines and its influence factors.3. Expanding and finding the new resources and varieties,as well as increasing the new medicinal parts. Establishment and development of the subject of Resources Chemistry of Natural Medicines will contribute to the utilization and sustainable development of natural resources.
