摘要
道德理想的构建和道德能力的培养是大学生道德社会化的重要任务。道德性成为大学生道德理想的重要组成部分,道德判断能力和道德行为能力是大学生道德能力的重要内容。道德社会化任务的达成方式要符合社会要求,适合学生身心发展,将体现时代精神的内容、原则、方法引入德育,通过教师的主导作用和学生的主观能动性,促进大学生的道德社会化。
The construction of the moral ideals and education of ethic abilities are the key tasks of ethic socialization of college students. Morality is an important part of the ethic ideals,while the ethic discretion and behavior ability are the important part of college students' moral ability. The realization model of ethic socialization task should accord with social requirements,and adapt to the physical and psychological development of the students. By bringing in the contents,principles,and methods which reflect the spirit of the era to ethic education, and exerting the dominant function of teachers and the activity of students , the ethic socialization of college students can be promoted.
