摘要
利用统计方法对某高炉操作参数进行预处理,计算特征参数了解各参数的分布,确定端点推荐值.利用通径分析中的最小剩余通径系数,在给定描述高炉系统的诸多变量中,确定影响目标函数的主要变量因素.将诸因素关系处理为直接通径和间接通径,并对其进行排序,找出影响目标函数(焦比)的主要直接通径和间接通径.综合直接通径效果和间接通径效果可知,顶温、料批、矿批重、焦炭负荷和w[Si]既是影响焦比的直接原因,也是其他因素对焦比作用的间接原因.
The parameters distribution and boundary values of a BF operation were obtained from the characteristic data preprocessed by statistical theory. Among given variables describing a BF system, the main variables influencing the selected target function were found out according to the minimum residual path coefficient of path analysis. The relations between factors were classified into direct path and indirect path. The main direct path and indirect path influencing the coke ratio were obtained by sorting. Considering both direct path and indirect parth, it was found that the top temperature,weight of charge batch,weight of ore batch, burden ratio and w[Si] are not only the important direct factors , but also the indirect factors influencing the coke ratio.
