摘要
本文介绍了高炉炉温控制专家系统的组成与功能,并根据炉温调控的工艺操作规则和高炉工长长期积累的现场经验,编写了一套炉温调控的现场专家规则,应用此规则,高炉操作人员可根据炉况的变化及时调整炉温,使炉温的稳定,以确保铁水的质量。
This paper introduces the constituted and the function of the blast furnace＇s temperature control system based on expert system., According to technology operating rules and the long-term accumulating scene experience of a blast furnace overseer about to the furnace temperature＇s adjusted ＆ controlled , to compile these scene expert rules. And using these rules , the blast furnace operator can timely adjust the furnace temperature according to the change of furnace conditions, to make the stabilization of the furnace＇s temperature and to ensure the hot molten iron＇ s quality.
