摘要 从理论和实践上论述了具有丝半径补偿功能的曲线合成插补理论 ,解决了该理论涉及的有关问题。这种理论直接利用曲线和丝圆的信息 ,间接实现任意直线和二次曲线的等距曲线的插补 ,而不需计算等距曲线。有效地避免了计算等距曲线产生的误差 ,解决了丝半径补偿和曲线衔接处外角和内角过渡问题 ,提高了机床的控制精度 。 A curve synthetic interpolation theory with compensation of wire radius was expounded theoretically and practically, and related theoretical problems were solved. With the theory, any straight line and quadratic curve′s equidistance curve can be interpolated indirectly with the help of outline and wire circle′s information, it is unnecessary to calculate equidistance curve.This method effectively avoided equidistance curve′s calculating errors caused by traditional calculation. Transition problems of external corner and internal corner of any straight line and quadratic curve was solved with the theory. The control precision of LWEDM(Low-speed Wire Electrical Discharge Machining) machine tools has been increased, it has been used in designing of CNC system of LWEDM.
