摘要
本文系统深入地讨论了四轴线切割微机数控系统的工件描述方法、轨迹控制原理和数控系统硬软件的实现(?)法,并介绍了数控系统的基本功能.本文介绍的上下面独立编程方法和 XYUV 四轴联动控制技术,是四轴线切割机进行各种直纹锥度型面加工的关键,已成功地应用于作者开发的四轴线切割微机数控系统中.系列直纹锥度型面加工是国内首创的新型快走丝线切割三维加工工艺,已在线切割加工界得到了成功应用.
This paper presents systematically the methods of part programming,contour controlling and the computer numerical control system of 4 axes wire EDM.Besides the implementation of the control system,this paper also focuses on the fundamentals of two key techniques in taper cutting,independent top and bottom programming and XYUV axes simultaneous controlling.With these two techniques,a CNC control system of 4 axes wire EDM with higher travelling speed has been set up and a new 3D machining technology,different top and bottom shapes machining,has first been realized by the author.Now this new machining process has been used widely in wire EDM.
