摘要
热轧薄规格具有广阔的应用前景 ,但轧制过程中稳定性较差 ,其操作及生产组织都有一定的难度。针对CSP薄规格生产存在的主要问题 ,并结合实际生产操作和原始数据 ,对生产中取得的成功经验做了全面阐述。
Ultra-thin gauge rolling has its prospective future even though the operation and production arrangement of that is somewhat difficult because of the poor stability during the rolling process. For the main problems in the CSP ultra-thin gauge rolling, the successful experience gained in the production is generally summarized.
