摘要 分析了热轧过程稳定轧制过程和振动状态下的轧制界面摩擦特性,对影响界面摩擦特性的因素进行了研究。然后通过相关试验,研究轧制界面对轧机振动的影响。结果表明,采用乳化液对轧机振动的抑制无明显效果,粗磨轧辊恶化了轧机的振动,而采用高速钢轧辊对轧机振动的抑制有利;受CSP工艺要求的限制,采取降速措施抑制轧机振动是不可取的。 The rolling interface friction characteristic in hot rolling process at steady and vibration state was analyzed, and the influencing factor of interface friction was studied. The relation between interface friction and rolling mill vibration was studied by test. It finds that there is no obvious effect when using oil water emulsion. It is disadvantageous when coarse grinding roller and helpful when using HSS roller of restraining rolling mill vibration. Reduction of speed is unavailable for restraining rolling mill vibration by the restriction of the CSP rolling process requirement.
