摘要
通过对热流密度、结晶器保护渣、二次冷却水等因素的分析 ,找出包钢CSP铸机漏钢的主要原因 ,并从规范铸机操作、严格控制钢水成分、温度方面 ,提出防止漏钢所采取的措施 ,从而有效地减少铸机漏钢率。
Through the analysis on the factors such as heat flux, mould powder, secondary cooling water and so on, the main cause of the break out is found out and the corresponding measures concerning the operation on the caster, the control of composition and temperature of steel are put forward and as a result the rate of the break out has been reduced effectively.
