摘要
此次宪法修正案中提出了“国家尊重和保障人权” ,首次将“人权”二字引入宪法 ,无疑 ,这一举措对我国人权事业具有极为重要的影响。但与此同时 ,通过对我国宪法文本进行分析可以看出 ,宪法中有关人权的内涵和外延还存在缺失。因此 ,为确保这一人权条款的实现 ,我国有必要从立法、制度。
The government respect and protect Human right is put forward in the amendment of the constitution, and it's the first time that Human Right is written in the constitution, no doubt, the measure has important influence on the career of human right in our country. But meanwhile, by analyzing the text of the constitution, we can draw the conclusion that there are some limitations in the intension and extension of the concept of human right. Therefore, in order to make the term come true, it is necessary to safeguard it with legality institution and organization.
