摘要
综述了氯化铁 ,硫酸铁 ,硫酸铁铵 ,SnO ,硫酸铜 ,磺化聚氯乙烯 ,聚氯乙烯 三氯化铁 ,D61和D72 离子交换树脂 ,维生素C ,固体超强酸TiO2 /SO42 -,固体超强酸SO42 -/TiO2 SnO2 ,固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 ,HY分子筛以及改性HZSM 5分子筛等 14种不同催化剂催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的实验结果。结果表明 :D61和D72 离子交换树脂 ,固体超强酸TiO2 /SO42 -,TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 ,HY分子筛以及改性HZSM 5分子筛 5种催化剂对合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率较高 。
In the presence of catalyst of FeCl_3·6H_2O, Fe_2 (SO_4)_3·xH_2O, NH_4Fe(SO_4)_2, SnO, CuSO_4, PVC-SO_3H,polyvinyl chloride ferric chloride(PVC-FeCl_3),macroporous ion exchange resin, vitamin C,solid super-acid SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2,SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-SnO_2, TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2, HY-type molecular sieve and HZSM-5 molecular sieve, benzaldehyde glycol acetal has been synthesized by the acetalization of benzaldehyde with ethylene glycol.Some factors,such as the optimum amount of catalyst and water carrying agent, reaction time, ratio between benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol have been studied.Result shows that macroporous ion exchange resin, solid super-acid SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2,TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2, HY-type molecular sieve and HZSM-5 molecular sieve are excellent catalysts for the synthesis of benzaldehyde glycol acetal.
