摘要
通过对白银市平川区中心苗圃国槐嫩枝扦插技术的研究表明:国槐嫩枝扦插依插穗的木质化程度、基质、扦插时期及激素处理的浓度不同而有明显差异。扦插生根必须保持在一定的温度和湿度范围之内,条件适宜,管理得当,扦插生根率可达80%以上。
Study on softwood cutting techniques ofX Sophora japonica L.in the Pingchuan District central nursery of Baiyin City showed,that softwood cutting of Sophora japonica had obvious differences according to lignification of scions,substrates,cutting time and concentration of hormone.Root striking rate can be above 80% in proper temperature and humidity conditions.
