摘要
通过一年生金槐大田试验和金槐种子盆栽试验,研究了不同氮肥水平和施用方式下金槐的生长性状与内源激素的特征。结果表明:一定范围内,金槐的株高净增加值、地径净增加值及生物量等指标都随氮肥施用量增加而增加;金槐根冠比随着氮肥的增加而减小;不同水平的氮肥处理中,随着氮肥施用量增加,金槐细胞分裂素玉米素核苷(ZR)、赤霉素(GA)提高,生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)有所降低。实际生产中以连续性施用氮肥效果较优,并且以0.6 g/kg土的施肥量较为理想。
The traits of growth and endogenous hormones of Sophora japonica L.under different N levels and applying methods were researched through field experiment(annual Sophora japonica L.) and pot experiment(the seeds of Sophora japonica L.).The results showed that within certain rang of N fertilizer rate,the net value added of plant height,the net value added of basal stem diameter and biomass of annual Sophora japonica L.in field increased with increasing N fertilizer rate;the root-shoot ratio of Sophora japonica L.in pot decreased with increasing N fertilizer rate;in all treatments with different N levels,with increasing N fertilizer rate,the zeatin riboside(ZR) and gibberellic acid(GA) increased,but the and IAA and the abscisic acid(ABA) decreased.In the practical production,the effect of continuously applying N fertilizer is better,and the ideal N fertilizer rate is 0.6 g/kg.
