摘要
讨论政策科学的学科性质问题 ,有必要从导致政策科学产生的动因 ,理论渊源以及政策科学与其它学科之间的关系来全面进行分析 ,把政策科学看成是社会科学的综合应用学科 ,看成是公共管理学的基础学科之一 ,看成是软科学的一个重要组成部分。
On the nature of the subject of policy science,we need a comprehensive analysis of the agent for birth of policy science,theoretical origins and the relationship between policy science and other subjects. Moreover,we should regard policy science as a comprehensive appliance of social sciences,as one of the basic subjects of public administration and as a key part of soft science.
