摘要
社会主义政治文明是一个以政治 (法律 )制度文明为核心的文明体系。人民当家作主是社会主义政治文明的本质要求 ,是社会主义国家政权性质的根本体现 ,是坚持党的领导和依法治国的出发点和归宿 ,也是社会主义政治文明建设的价值指向和目的所在。社会主义政治文明建设的切入点是加强制度建设。制度建设要以完善和创新党内民主制度为先导 ,以党内民主推动和促进人民民主 ;要以完善和创新人民民主制度为基础 ,以人民民主规定和推动党内民主 ;要以建立和健全完备的社会主义法制为武器 ,保障党内民主和人民民主 ;要以适合我国国情为前提 ,建设具有中国特色的社会主义政治 (法律 )制度。
Socialist political civilization is a civilization system with the core of political (legal) system civilization. The condition of the people as the masters is a essential requirement of socialist political civilization,a basic symbol of the nature of socialist state power,the starting point and destination of maintaining the Party's leadership and ruling the country by law and the value orientation and purpose of the building of socialist political civilization. The key point for the building is to strengthen system construction. The system construction should begin with improving and innovating the democratic system within the Party and promote people's democracy by the democracy within the Party;be based on improving and innovating the system of people's democracy and stipulate and promote the democracy within the Party by people's democracy;guarantee the democracy within the Party and of people with the establishment and improvement of a perfect socialist legal system as a weapon;build a socialist political (legal) system with Chinese characteristics on the premise of conforming to our conditions.
