摘要
大学在确定人才培养目标时,往往会陷入矛盾冲突之中,这些冲突的实质是通识教育与专业教育两者之间的冲突。科学整合通识教育与专业教育科学,应实现人的主体性价值与工具性价值、人文精神与科学精神、理智发展与专业技能培养、学问修养与人格修养、显性影响与隐性影响的辩证统一,从而促进人的全面自由和谐发展。
