摘要
目的 通过氢化可的松造成实验性骨质疏松,观察中成药骨疏康对防止骨质丢失的效应。结果 模型组与给药组大鼠骨钙、骨磷和羟脯氨酸含量有显著差异。骨疏康有效量可防止氢化可的松引起的大鼠骨矿物质及有机质的丢失。结论 骨疏康能有效预防皮质类固醇诱导的骨质疏松症。
The effects of Gushukang on preventing osteoporosis were observed in the hydrocoritsone - induced experimental osteoporosis. There were significant differences in hydroxyproline, Ca, P of rats bone between control group and administered group. The results indicate that Gushukang can prevent hydrocortisone - induced osteoporosis in effective dose.
